Fatal family feuds

As a researcher and segment producer, I helped find, pitch, and book guests to tell the stories that populate this ongoing Oxygen series about family feuds that end in cold-blooded murder. Working in tandem with the field team, I also scouted interview locations in a wide array of urban, suburban, and rural locations.

Since 2023, I have worked with Galex Media as a researcher and clearance manager on honoree packages for Essence’s annual celebration of Black female excellence on the stage and screen, helping to tell the stories of luminaries including Sheryl Lee Ralph, Gina Prince-Bythewood, Kathryn Busby, Halle Bailey, and Danielle Brooks.

Worked as a researcher and clearance manager on this special editorial series from The Grio highlighting the work of pathbreaking female musicians spanning genres from movies scores to early hip-hop. The subjects of these mini-documentaries include Nova Wav, MC Lyte, Kathryn Bostic, and MC Lyte.
